Ingredients

2 Egg Yolks

1/2 Cup Light Olive Oil

1/2 Cup Sunflower Oil

1 Tablespoon Cold Water

1/4 Teaspoon Salt


Directions

1. Using a food processor mix all of the ingredients except for the oil on low to medium speed
2. Now add oil very slowly and take your time, allowing the mayonnaise to start to form
